ADMISSION WRIST BANDS FOR LIVE EVENTS

The prices listed here are the lowest prices the price is the same for all ages- exception ages 4 and under is admitted free. Their names must be listed as well.

Please remind your guests they are NOT permitted to capture any images or video in any form inside the ballroom. If it even appears someone is attempting this the contestant will lose 30 pts!! Be sure to let them know do not have phones or electronic devices out while in the ballroom.

Should you have more than 5 guests attending please fill in a second form.

List Each Guests Name, Email (we will email the confirmation directly to your guest with a short Ballroom etiquette) and please check the appropriate events attending. (if attending all events including the awards Gala or Attending all events Not attending the Awards Gala --Do not check other boxes) ( If attending single day events check all the will attend Friday-Saturday or Sunday).

Each guest will receive an email with a confirmation and a letter explaining etiquette for the ballroom. Be sure their email is listed and not the contestants. Each guest will receive a wrist band given to their contestant at registration. Make sure they bring a printed confirmation in case their is any question.
