United as charitable ambassadors, they transcend the traditional pageant narrative, using their influence to advocate for the issues close to their hearts. Their dedication elevates awareness and kindles support for vital causes.
Champions of Hope and Advocacy: Within the Miss Tourism Pageants, we hope to be champions of hope and advocacy. Our Queens may choose to embrace the Pageants cause "Stand Up, Speak out Against Bullying," transforming stages into platforms for education and change. Guided by our mentorship, these extraordinary young women kindle transformation through their voices, casting a spotlight on the charities that stir their passions. Their philanthropic endeavors create a powerful resonance, inspiring unity and progress.

About 20% of students ages 12-18 experienced bullying nationwide.

The relationship between bullying and suicide is complex. The media should avoid oversimplifying these issues and insinuating or directly stating that bullying can cause suicide. The facts tell a different story. It is not accurate and potentially dangerous to present bullying as the “cause” or “reason” for a suicide, or to suggest that suicide is a natural response to bullying.

Research indicates that persistent bullying can lead to or worsen feelings of isolation, rejection, exclusion, and despair, as well as depression and anxiety, which can contribute to suicidal behavior.

The vast majority of young people who are bullied do not become suicidal.

It is important that our contestants understand they will learn too, making our program easy for all girls to navigate and be included. We have the idea that in learning how to research, speak, engage a crowd and show their authentic selves they can instill hope and change in any place that welcomes them to their events.
