Miss Tourism Pageant RULES 


  • All delegates must be a natural born female and compete as such, never married and never been pregnant or had a child 5-27 competing in a division that is not Mrs. or Ms..

  • All delegates must be of good moral standing.

  • All delegates must reside in the State, Region or Nation they represent and be a citizen.

  • All delegates may have never posed nude in any form.

  • All delegates must compete the age they will be on August 1, of the Miss Tourism Pageant year.

Your participation in the Miss Tourism Pageant indicates that you agree to all the rules and regulations set forth by our program.

  1. By registering to participate in Miss Tourism Pageants you are acknowledging, accepting and agreeing that you have read the rules herein and agree to the following rules and regulations, as well as agree to the statements and rules found in the Miss Tourism Pageants Delegate Code of Conduct and Title Agreement. 

  2. ​This is not an ambassador pageant appointed, state and national titles holders are required to attend finals.

  3. Applying to represent your state or regional title, or winning your state title at a state or regional pageant, is a commitment to attending the National Finals and assuming all responsibility for payment of fees, including the timely submission of all program photo, completed ads, payments,  and paperwork deadlines as established by Miss Tourism Pageants.

  4. State pageants are independently run and produced and Miss Tourism Pageants, as well as the national director, are not responsible for payments sent to state directors, or any gifts, awards or prizes forfeited by state directors or sponsors.

  5. Contestants who give up a World/National title and are returning to compete must wear her issued state crown and sash. She may not wear her World/National crown.

  6. Title-holders will make appearances, complete challenges and be visible during their whole reign.

  7. Title-holders will dress as a Princess or Queen for all public appearances. (see Guide-Book)

  8. Although we do all we can to get your crowns and sashes to you as fast as possible it is understand it could take up to 12 weeks before they ship. Know when your 12 weeks is up prior to messaging a Tourism official.

  9. When attempting to reach a Pageant Official, use private message or email NEVER ask on social media... the feeds move quickly and questions could be missed.

  10. No Drama Claus: Once a Contestant reaches the World/National Miss Tourism Pageants, it is expected she have poise, class and elegance to the very end. A win is not guaranteed. You agree that three judges will determine the outcome. If you have in the past had issues with this consider YOU may be the issue. We have an attorney with us at nationals to ensure honest and fair results. If you cannot accept a loss as well as a win this is not the event for you. Posting negative comments about the pageant, prior to, during or after a live Miss Tourism Pageant event, its staff, or the organization as a whole is not permitted. In any case where a contestant "thought she should win" and cannot understand why she didn't then defaming the event is the epitome of "entitlement" and is considered poor sportsmanship.  ​​

    1. Most issues resulted from a lack of reading, asking, or understanding the events, not reading her guide books and relying on misinformation from someone who thinks they know. Miss Tourism Pageants is not like any other pageant event and a contestant should not assume things will be done the same as another they have been in.​

    2. We expect a 2 week waiting period before contacting any director, staff member etc immediately following the pageant. Anyone who cannot abide by this will be banned from  the Tourism pageants. After the event our staff, directors helpers are exhausted and mentally unable to process or retain anything, we need and deserve a break.  We welcome positive and uplifting remarks and comments.

    3. Do not tattle and ask us not to mention your name. We will mention your name. ​

  11. All fees paid to Miss Tourism Pageants are not refundable and non-transferable. No refunds are provided for any reason including, but not limited to, payments made on behalf of the delegate by advertisers and sponsors and any and all fees paid to Miss Tourism Pageants by delegates, supporters, sponsors, or advertisers.

  12. You are expected to attend World/National Finals. By not attending finals, Contestants/Parents/Guardians know there is a $250.00 withdrawal fee. 

  13. Delivery for appointed crowns and sashes are shipped as soon as possible, We are not responsible for shipping delays from vendors to us, or through shipping companies used to get you your crown and sash. 

  14.  Miss Tourism Pageants reserves the right to change the date, location, and competition details of the national pageant at its discretion.

  15.  Miss Tourism Pageants official crown and sash shall be worn together at all times for all public appearances and photographs. No other sash or crown, other than the official Miss Tourism Pageant crown and sash, Both must be worn together when representing your title with Miss Tourism Pageants. No substitutions of crown or sash will be allowed.

    1. At no time will it be permissible for a delegate to post, share, appear without both the Official Miss Tourism Pageant Crown and Sash. 

    2. State Pageant Directors may choose to implement a No- Compete Claus Check with your state director. 

  16. State winners and those awarded an appointed state title are required to attend World/Nationals. ​

  17. There will be NO electronic devises permitted NO videography or photography allowed at any of the events at the state and world/national pageant, unless otherwise announced.


    Prices for our products and/or services are subject to change without notice.

    We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

    We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

  19. Delegates may compete in other pageant systems only with permission from the state or national office. Does not apply to World Winners with an Age division win as Worlds Miss Tourism Winners, will sign a no compete contract.

    1. Competing in any pageant that restricts a delegate from fulfilling her reign or competing at Miss Tourism Pageant Finals will not be approved.​

  20. World/National winners will be required to sign a national titleholder contract, which includes a no-compete clause.

  21. Delegates and their parents/guardians give permission for photographs, videos, or audio  to be used for promotional and publicity purposes in print media as well as the Internet.

  22. Miss Tourism Pageants is not responsible for prizes forfeited by sponsors.

  23. Delegates must be able to bring props on stage by herself alone. 2 pt deduction if anyone else is required to assist.

  24. Delegates with any outstanding balance must pay outstanding balances in order to compete at the national competition, or receive production wardrobe, and until paid participation in any capacity at Miss Tourism Pageant. 

  25. No Delegate, parent, friend or any other person on behalf of contestant is permitted in the ballroom on set up day for any reason. Contestant will lose 10 pts if anyone is in the ballroom for any reason on set up day.

  26. No Director of any STATE PAGEANT is permitted in any backstage area at any time before, during or after the event. Directors who ignore this policy will cost each of your contestants 2 pts each time the rule is ignored.. 

  27. No one may help do anything if they themselves are competing, no other person in your party is permitted to assist with anything at the pageant for any reason.

  28. Only 1 natural born female adult/guardian will be permitted to be in the dressing room with each delegate.

  29. How a delegate reacts if she does not win her desired title tells us if the correct decisions were made. Those who cannot believe they did not win and cause drama will not be welcome back to any Tourism Event!!!

  30. If you fail to attend finals Live pageant you are not eligible for anything, we will not mail anything you will forfeit claims to anything.. No program, No T-shirt, No gift bags, nothing you forfeit all. We do not mail items to anyone who fails to a Live Event for any reason.

  31. Judges decisions are final! You agree to knowing their opinions decide the outcomes!!

  32. National titleholders scholarships will receive and be awarded upon the successful completion of their reign.

  33. Miss Tourism Pageants does give out scores we will however give you judges critiques. This is a world / national event YOU should know everyone brings their A game. 

  34. All delegates must keep track of what they send to The Miss Tourism Pageant. Asking us to look up what you signed up for, paid for or did takes an extreme amount of time. We are asking YOU to keep up with your own things.

  35. We do not disclose who is ahead in voting or ad sales please do not ask.

  36. Items are due on a schedule. It is the responsibility of contestants and or Parent/Guardian to ensure items are in on time, There is no gray area. It is either in or it is not. No reason will change that. When items are not turned in on time it causes chaos and disorganization not only for you but for the staff. No excuses its either in or it isn't A contestant will lose 2 pts per day for items not turned in on time.

  37. A NSF fee of $35 will be assessed to any bounced checks received, and other penalties will be charged as stated in the Code of Conduct and Title Agreement. Filing a Chargeback on any monies paid will result in legal action and delegate (legal guardian) will assume all legal fees accrued.

  38. Covid Waiver: Due to the worldwide pandemic of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), Miss Tourism Pageants MTP is following the guidelines and adhering to the mandates imposed by federal, state and local governments. Due to the capacity of COVID-19 to transmit from person-to-person through respiratory droplets, MTP has put in place preventive measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. By participating in any MTP activity or event, you freely assume all risks, both known and unknown, related to you and/or your child. By participating, you are accepting that you are fully and personally responsible for your own and/or your child’s safety and actions while and during participation and recognize that you may be at risk of contracting COVID-19. With full knowledge of the risks involved, you hereby forever release, waive, and discharge MTP, its officers, directors, managers, officials, independent contractors, affiliates, employees, volunteers, representatives, successors, and assigns (The Released Party), from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, expenses and causes of action whatsoever, including but not limited to those caused by the negligence or fault of MTP, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, disease, injury, or death, that may be sustained by you and/or your child participating in any MTP activity. You agree not to sue MTP and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold MTP harmless from any and all damages resulting from your participation in events, and from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, lawsuits, and/or liabilities or claims arising whether directly or indirectly from or related to any and all claims made by or against any of The Released Party due to injury, loss, or death from or related to COVID-19.
