The Recruiter selects and appoints delegates to advance directly to the Miss Tourism National Pageant.
She serves as a liaison between her delegates and the International Office, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
Recruiters are encouraged to attend Nationals to gain a deeper understanding of the system and may also choose to compete or support a family member.
State Director
State Director
The director financially responsible for a state pageant and delegation of state queens. Is responsible for holding a state pageant and mentoring and managing the delegation in preparation for the national pageant. A State Director experience in business, pageantry or event planning is helpful
