Appointed Titles:
WANT TO REPRESENT YOUR STATE ON THE WORLDS MISS TOURISM-WORLD STAGE?
FILL OUT THE FORM. REGISTER 2007
An appointed title is one of the simplest ways to get involved in a pageant system—no experience needed. Appointed titles are offered in area's where there is no preliminary qualifying pageant to attend.

Here’s the easiest way to understand it:

What it means
An appointed title is when a pageant organization selects you to represent a title (like a city, state, or special division) without you having to compete first.
Instead of winning the title on stage, you are chosen based on your application, personality, goals, and how well you will represent the brand and mission.

What you do as an appointed titleholder
Once appointed, you:
-
Represent your title (like Miss Minnesota Tourism, etc.)
-
Make appearances (events, community service, social media)
-
Promote causes, tourism, or initiatives
-
Build confidence, skills, and visibility
-
And the opportunity to compete later at on the WORLD STAGE (like nationals or internationals)
-
At the World Pageant, all contestants compete on an equal playing field. Judges are not informed which titles were appointed or earned through competition, ensuring a fair and unbiased judging process.
