Miss Tourism All-American
Contestants competing for the title of Miss Tourism All-America will be selected based on their Evening Gown and Interview scores details can be found in the links above and in your Guide-Book.

Costume Competition
For the Costume Competition, contestants will present their costume immediately following the World Costume segment.
Your costume must represent an “unknown” or lesser-known aspect of your country, a hidden story, tradition, symbol, or cultural element not commonly recognized. Creativity, originality, and storytelling are key.

Your costume must incorporate your country’s color scheme.

Contestants will deliver a 30–45 second speech connecting the chosen “unknown” aspect of their country to their costume and presentation.

Timing begins when the contestant starts speaking.

Conclude your presentation with confidence—strike a strong final pose, acknowledge the audience with a smile, and exit the stage with poise and professionalism.


Costume Competition —

ATTIRE & RULES

Contestants must be able to maneuver independently without assistance.

The contestant is the only individual permitted on or backstage during this competition.

Presentation time must be a minimum of 30 seconds and a maximum of 45 seconds. Timing begins the moment the contestant starts speaking.

Upbeat music will play as the contestant enters the stage.

Props are permitted; however, contestants must be able to carry all props on and off the stage unassisted.

The costume and speech must be clearly connected, highlighting an unknown or lesser-known aspect of the contestant’s title area.

The Miss Tourism Pageant reserves the right to disallow any costume or prop deemed unsafe or inappropriate by pageant officials, the Director, or the host venue.

The Costume Competition is intended for entertainment and creative expression only. It is not a platform for political messaging, activism, or taking a stand on social or political issues. All presentations must remain respectful, family-friendly, and aligned with the spirit and values of the Miss Tourism Pageant.

Presentations must be fully memorized. Cue cards, notes, or electronic devices are not permitted during this performance.

Makeup is permitted for all age groups, provided it is age-appropriate and complements the costume and/or performance theme.
