WORLDS MISS TOURISM- 2027

​​Title Holders Code of Conduct

​

1. Role, Responsibility & Commitment

As a Miss Tourism titleholder, you agree to:

  • Act as a positive role model and ambassador at all times

  • Represent the Miss Tourism mission, values, and brand image with integrity

  • Maintain consistent visibility and engagement throughout your reign

  • Share your Miss Tourism journey in the official Miss Tourism Facebook group:
    https://www.facebook.com/groups/officialmisstourismgroup

  • Recruit and encourage participation across all age divisions globally

  • Understand that your behavior reflects the entire Miss Tourism organization

  • Attend the Final Pageant as required (withdrawal fees apply for non-attendance based on timing)

Worlds Miss Tourism Age Group winners will sign a formal titleholder contract. Jr. Teen and up must request written permission before competing in any other National, International, World, or Global Pageant.

2. Professional Conduct & Behavioral Standards

Titleholders must always conduct themselves with dignity, maturity, and respect.

Expected behavior includes:

  • Courtesy toward Directors, staff, sponsors, judges, contestants, and the public

  • Following all rules, contracts, schedules, and leadership instructions

  • Maintaining ethical conduct in all appearances and communications

  • Focusing on personal responsibility and leadership rather than others

​

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or disrespect

  • Public arguments, confrontations, or disruptive behavior

  • Any conduct that damages the Miss Tourism reputation or brand integrity

​

3. Appearance, Presentation & Brand Image

Titleholders are expected to maintain a consistently elevated, polished image.

  • Always dress a step above the crowd

  • Maintain elegant grooming, styling, and presentation at all times

  • Represent royalty, leadership, and sophistication in appearance

  • Wear crown and/or sash appropriately during official representation

  • Protect and care for all official regalia

A Miss Tourism Queen is never underdressed — she represents presence, purpose, and distinction.

4. Social Media, Digital Presence & Public Representation

Titleholders must:

  • Maintain a positive, respectful, and brand-aligned online presence

  • Share their Miss Tourism journey in the official group

  • Post accurate, professional content aligned with Miss Tourism values

  • Promote tourism, community engagement, and positive representation

  • Avoid AI-generated or misleading imagery when representing the brand

​

Titleholders may NOT:

  • Negativity, Criticize Miss Tourism leadership, staff, sponsors, judges, or contestants publicly

  • Engage in online disputes or negative commentary

  • Share internal matters or confidential information

  • Misrepresent the organization in any form

​

5. Branding, Logos & Intellectual Property

Titleholders may NOT:

  • Create, print, sell, or distribute Miss Tourism branded materials without written permission

  • Alter official logos, branding, colors, or titles

  • Use Miss Tourism branding in ways that misrepresent or damage the organization

All branding, titles, and intellectual property remain the sole property of Miss Tourism Pageants.

6. Appearances, Visibility & Participation Requirements

Titleholders agree to:

  • Maintain consistent visibility throughout their reign

  • Attend required events, appearances, and pageant obligations

  • Participate in interviews, media, photos, and promotional content when requested

  • Communicate promptly and professionally with Directors and leadership

  • Remain active and engaged as a representative of the brand

7. Financial Terms & Pageant Commitment

Titleholders acknowledge:

  • All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Withdrawal fees apply for failure to attend required events (based on timing)

  • NSF/returned payment fees apply and must be resolved within required timeframe

  • Failure to meet financial obligations may result in loss of eligibility

(Full financial breakdown may be outlined in separate registration agreement.)

8. Sponsors, Media & Public Relations

Titleholders must:

  • Represent Miss Tourism professionally in all public interactions

  • Honor sponsor relationships and commitments

  • Obtain approval before independent media appearances or endorsements

  • Avoid misrepresentation of partnerships or affiliations

​

9. Confidentiality & Communication Standards

Titleholders must:

  • Begin all official communications with name and title

  • Keep internal matters private and off social media

  • Use proper leadership channels for concerns

  • Refrain from gossip, public complaints, or emotional reporting

Miss Tourism encourages respectful communication and discourages unnecessary escalation or public conflict.

When concerns are raised, leadership will address matters professionally and appropriately, with fairness and discretion.

10. Compliance With Policies & Agreements

Titleholders agree to:

  • Follow all Miss Tourism contracts, rulebooks, and policies

  • Maintain eligibility requirements throughout their reign

  • Uphold all expectations outlined in this agreement

​

11. Violations & Disciplinary Action

Miss Tourism Leadership will address violations privately and professionally.

  • Titleholders will be notified directly via message or email

  • Corrective action may be provided when appropriate

  • A timeframe may be given for resolution if applicable

  • All feedback is intended for growth, alignment, and brand protection

This process is designed to be constructive, respectful, and development-focused while maintaining the integrity of the organization.

12. Titleholder Acknowledgment

By accepting a Miss Tourism title, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to comply with this Titleholder Agreement & Code of Conduct.

Adherence to these standards is a condition of maintaining any Miss Tourism title.
