Shipping & Returns Policy

Miss Tourism Pageants takes care in preparing and shipping crowns, sashes, and titleholder items. Because many items are custom ordered, personalized, or connected to official pageant titles, all purchases, title fees, deposits, registration fees, and pageant-related payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Shipping Information

Crown, sash, and titleholder items are shipped after the required payment has been received and the order has been processed. Processing and delivery times may vary based on item availability, customization, supplier timelines, payment status, and shipping carrier delays.

Contestants are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of purchase or registration. Miss Tourism Pageants is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the contestant or parent/guardian. If an address needs to be updated, the contestant must contact Miss Tourism Pageants as soon as possible before the order is shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier. Miss Tourism Pageants is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, weather delays, or delivery issues outside of our control.

Returns & Refunds

All title fees, deposits, registration fees, pageant fees, crown fees, sash fees, and custom item purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Because crowns, sashes, and titleholder items are connected to official titles and may be customized, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once ordered, processed, or shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, Miss Tourism Pageants must be contacted within 5 business days of delivery. Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label may be required. We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, correction, or additional action is appropriate.

Damage caused after delivery, misuse, improper storage, wear and tear, or handling by the recipient is not eligible for replacement or refund.

Titleholder Responsibility

Contestants and parents/guardians are responsible for carefully reviewing all title, crown, sash, spelling, division, and shipping information before submitting payment. Once an order is placed, changes may not be possible.

By submitting payment, the contestant and/or parent/guardian understands and agrees that Miss Tourism Pageants fees and titleholder-related purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
