For the Cover Girl Awards
Showcase your contestant, celebrate an achievement, promote a business, or send support through the Official Miss Tourism Commemorative Program Book.
Spotlight Pages and advertising help create a beautiful keepsake for contestants while also supporting Miss Tourism prizes, production, recognition, and additional opportunities throughout the program.
SPOTLIGHT PAGES
Spotlight Pages are designed to celebrate a contestant and may include photos, accomplishments, encouraging messages, community involvement, platform information, or other approved content. It is to spotlight YOU.
Each Experience Package includes one Required Spotlight Page.
Additional Spotlight Pages may be purchased separately.
ADVERTISING
Businesses, families, organizations, and supporters may purchase advertising space in the Official Miss Tourism Commemorative Program Book.
Advertising may be used to:
• Promote a business or service
• Congratulate a contestant
• Recognize an achievement
• Support Miss Tourism
• Share a special message
• Highlight a community organization or sponsor
ADVERTISING PRICES
• Full Page — $200.00
• Half Page — $100.00
• Quarter Page / Business Card — $75.00
BLEED ALLOWANCE
Bleed: 0.125 inch (1/8") on all four sides
Safe area: keep important text, logos, faces, and key details at least 0.25 inch inside the trim edge. So for an 8.5" × 11" finished page, the artwork with bleed would be:
8.75" × 11.25" That gives the printer room to trim cleanly without cutting into anything important.
COVER GIRL CONTEST
Each full-page Spotlight Page or full-page advertisement purchased may be entered into the Miss Tourism Cover Girl Contest.
Contestants may sell additional full-page Spotlight Pages or advertisements to increase their participation in the Cover Girl competition.
GOOD LUCK WISHES
Good Luck Wishes are also available for $10.00 each.
These are short messages from family members, friends, teachers, coaches, businesses, or supporters that appear in the Official Commemorative Program Book.
Good Luck Wishes are separate from Spotlight Pages and advertising. However, each full page of Good Luck wishes will be added to the Cover Girl Contest too.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE
All Spotlight Pages, advertisements, and Good Luck Wishes must be submitted by the published deadline. Good Luck Wishes are due April 1, 2027.
Late submissions are not guaranteed placement in the Official Commemorative Program Book.
