I understand the Miss Tourism State Director License Fee is $1,000 per state.

I understand the Miss Tourism City Director License Fee is $800 per city.

I understand the director license fee is non-refundable.

I understand each state license is valid for one year and may be renewed annually.

I understand the annual renewal fee for State is $1000, per and for city $800 per.

I understand directors are independent business owners and are not employees of the Miss Tourism Pageant Organization.

I understand all contestants must register through the official Miss Tourism Pageant Organization website.

I understand I must contact registered contestants within 24 hours after receiving their information.

I understand state contestant entry fees may not exceed $230.99 per contestant.

I understand city contestant entry fees may not exceed $195.99 per contestant.

I understand state winners advance to Worlds Miss Tourism Finals.

I understand directors must send a minimum of 8 queens to finals, whether they are state queens, appointed titleholders, or approved runners-up.

I understand all official Miss Tourism crowns and sashes must be ordered through the Miss Tourism Pageant Organization.

I understand I must follow the Miss Tourism Director Manual, brand guidelines, approved title format, and official director requirements.

I understand I am responsible for my own venue, judges, vendors, insurance, taxes, local business requirements, production, and pageant expenses.
